The Story Of Us
Although we had talked before(since early October) and even hung out together, our first date didn't happen until December 2, 2000. Unofficially, you could say our 1st date was on November 25th, but she doesn't see it that way because: 1) I didn't ask her beforehand if she would go on a date with me and 2) I didn't kiss her that day. The first few times we hung out, we did absolutely nothing except cruise around in my car. I never thought you could get to know anyone as well as we did by simply driving around(for 3 hours at a time). We quickly realized just how perfect we were for each other. We were both nervous and very shy on our first date. I didn't have the nerve to give her our first kiss, so when I finally parked the car, we kinda just looked at each other for several minutes. Then, she gave me my first kiss. That was the greatest feeling in the world, and the most cherished memory I will ever have. I was thrown into shock because everything happened so fast. It seems like only yesterday, but yet, it wasn't, and we have built a very solid foundation that I hope our relationship continues to get stronger and stronger with every passing moment.
